RQI, Inc is located in Venetia, PA, south of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. We are a firm that specializes in custom design and manufacture of high quality rotors for impact crushers. Our products meet or exceed OEM specifications. We have well over 45 years of impactor design, manufacture and application experience. We have hands-on experience with more than 1000 impactors. We also hold several U.S. and foreign patents for impact crushers and crusher components.
We Specialize in Rotors
Solid body, recycle or open-disc, primary, secondary – no matter what the specifications or the application, we either have furnished the rotor, or have the ability to design it. Our experience ranges from tertiary and secondary European style High Chrome impactors through recycle crushers and domestic primary impactors.
Bar & Cap System
Our unique Bar and Cap Systems are available for most models of primary impactors and will increase crusher availability, there by increasing production and profits. We first installed the Bar and Cap systems in 1985, and since then, our customers have found the cost of our replacement caps to be one half of the weld cost. Over 150 North American producers currently use our patented system.
